New Vision Tracking ActiveX This ActiveX control is for moving object tracking. The control gives the error in x and y coordinates of the selected tracked object from the center of the camera FOV. This ActiveX is suitable for large Varity of military and surveillance applications. Using it, developers can build Video tracker very easy by using any standard video capture adaptor (USB Video Capture, TV tuner, or any other standard video capture adaptor even internet cameras), it was tested with some good quality IR cameras and it work very good. It can be used to track people in video conference applications, or people moves while chatting over the internet. It tracks moving trucks, cars, and airplanes and helicopters. AboutBox is the ActiveX method displays About Box containing the current version of the NewVisionTracking ActiveX. b. DisplaySettings displays the Display Setting dialog of the selected video source drivers (TV tuner, USB video capture?) if supported other wise it displays the same dialog as the video source dialog by which you can select the suitable display properties (brightness, gamma,?). c. VideoFormat displays the Video Format dialog of the selected video source drivers (TV tuner, USB video capture?) if supported by which you can select the video resolution and color palate. d. VideoSource displays the video source dialog of the selected video source drivers (TV tuner, USB video capture?) by which you can change the selected Video driver if more the than one is installed. 3. Events: a. TargetTracking is the ActiveX Event. The NewVisionTracking ActiveX fire 10 TargetTracking Events per sec when it is in the tracking stat, so you can write your code to handle the error which the are supplied as input parameter to the TargetTracking event (xTracking, yTracking). Where xTracking is the error in the X direction, and yTracking is the error in the Y direction.
